Abstract

Currently, the development of IT startups in Kazakhstan is one of the priority areas of state policy. The article defines the concept of startup projects and the role of the media in shaping public opinion on this issue.

In the context of country's innovative development, ideas about startup projects have become more common in the media. "Startup" appeared as a special type of entrepreneurship as a result of the rapid development of new business projects and the venture industry. The concept "startup" was first introduced into circulation in the United States in 1970.

Currently, the implementation of business ideas is supported in the framework of the development of the investment structure of Kazakhstan. The country has implemented the program "Nation Plan - 100 specific steps to implement five institutional reforms", trying to reduce the internal and external impact of globalization. Therefore, at present, it is important to create an ecosystem of startups in accordance with international standards for the preparation of business clusters.

The goal of the article is to analyze modern trends in international IT projects in the development of entrepreneurship, reflected on the pages of the domestic media.

The article pays special attention to the scientific and theoretical works of domestic and foreign researchers and publications in the media on innovative startup projects, determining their significance in society. The materials of the below mentioned newspapers and magazines were studied: "Kogam zhane dauir", "Turkistan", "Egemen Kazakhstan", "Zan" and others that contain scientific and journalistic articles on this topic.

The research work is based on scientific and theoretical analysis, monitoring of media publications, comparison, theoretical, empirical and interpretative methods.

The study analyzed how Kazakhstani media cover innovative strategies for developing small and medium-sized businesses, particularly their growth through IT startups toward the international level.

The scientific value of the article is the theoretical and practical study of Kazakhstani IT startup projects within the framework of innovative entrepreneurship on the pages of the media.
