Abstract

This article discusses the role of mass media in the development of national civilizations and its prerequisites. Also, given a different language and definitions, especially the word – civilization and culture. The difference between these concepts, their similarities and their values are also written in the article. Comparatively analyzed current civilization over the years to the country’s independence. Full article answers the questions – who, where, as formed and subsequently formed a national civilization.
