Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of newspapers district news- papers of Yakutia in comparison with the study of small-town newspapers in Russia, conducted at the Faculty of journalism of the Lomonosov Mos- cow State University. Analyzed data obtained from a survey of editors  and journalists of the functional-semantic and genre structure of regional newspapers.
