Abstract

In the article, the place of letter in human life is mentioned, and it is ascertained that letter is one of the means of communication in society. Scientifically speaking, it is stated that the life itself shows that letter is of the branches of public relations. As regards to its genre nature, it is proved that it is the beginning of epistolary genre. Authors are trying to make their own conclusions, pointing the opions of such scientist as E.Prohorov, K.Khamzin, B.Zhakip about epistolary genre.
