Freedom of information in internet and informational issues of security

Abstract

The author considers the problem of online information. Everyone’s  right to information is the right to  seek,  receive,  transmit  and  distribute the information carried by any legal ways. This law creates a presumption enshrined in international instruments of the right to freedom of opinion  and expression. In recent years, put forward different approaches to un­ derstanding the nature of the right to information. On the question of the powers included in the right to information and its interpretation in science today has developed two approaches – narrow and wide.
