The problems of development of the specialized press of culture and art in Kazakhstan

Abstract

Today periodical publications related with culture and art suffer double burden, because this group of periodicals are intended for bringing up and forming aesthetic sense, stimulating desire to be aware of both the best patterns of cultural heritage and contemporary novations in various spheres of culture and art. The necessity of existing and developing such group of specific press do not give rise to doubt like apparent nature of the urgency of actual regeneration, formation and establishment of our nation, formation and consolidation of national morale and identity today.
