Intellectual potential of nation: new vector of development

Abstract

In the article the complex researches are examined on different directions of community development. One of such topics, touching every Kazakhstan person, is a problem of forming and development of intellectual nation - supports of our state, basis of further development and prosperity of our Motherland. This problem is wide-range. It embraces the great number of directions, such as forming of intellectual society in Kazakhstan, increase of folk intellectual potential, deepening of informative politics. Mass-media is forming the richest intellectual nation, intellectual citizen of the country.
