National communicology: history, process of development and future

Abstract

The article studies from scientific positions transition of a post-industrial society to information and communication one. The author also seeks to thoroughly analyze the dashing entry of phenomenon of communication in all areas of real life, occurrence and promotion of communicative structures and processes of new type as well as occurrence of communication suitable for social demand, contemporary changes in social and communicative field, place and role of communication in development of society.
