Abstract

The peculiarities of the legal culture of society as a factor in the formation of an intellectual nation. The media are a major source of legal information to citizens. The author argues that a citizen of the intellectual community should be aware of the legal and law enforcement, and a significant role in promoting a culture of rights owned by the media.
