Intellectual formation of the nation: a national model.

Abstract

The authors summarize the results of studies on the problems of intellectual nation - questionnaires , focus - groups. Organized for the first time this year, a student expedition in the framework of « people to people « doing research in Mangystau , Kyzylorda and Semipalatinsk regions . At the event young researchers : 1) have accumulated the necessary materials for the « Semiotics and symbolic satin intellectual property of citizens of Kazakhstan «; 2) examined the human technologies for social projects aimed at creating a citizen knowledge-based society ; 3) investigated the public opinion of citizens of Kazakhstan on the development of intellectual potential « Kazakhstan since 2015 ,» said Development Goals.
