Abstract

The author focuses our attention on out-of-the-way features of information effect to mass audience and on changes of mass media process and consumers of mass media product at this time, on features of individual perception, on features that we have to focus our attention. Because mass media and mass communication system are the most important part of the modern society measuring it`s present position and future position and security, then the omission of this items creates irretrievable issues.
