Critical analysis to Intellectual property protection in Kazakhstan Multimedia

Abstract

This essay will examine Kazakhstan Intellectual Property laws in multi­ media and makes a brief of the literature about protecting property of cre­ ative industry in Kazakhstan according to the country’s laws. Main purpose of the paper is to analyze current situation due to new amendments on law in the Republic of Kazakhstan and looks at several court cases.
