Development of the Kazakh and Russian languages in Kazakh press

Abstract

This article focuses on issues such as development, social significance, and the role of the Kazakh-Russian Language in the Information Society and in the Kazakh press. The information on the new term bilingualism due to the use of two languages simultaneously, and provides examples from the public. Decrees both pluses and minuses bilingualism. Communication of the Kazakh-Russian language nachilis a long time ago, and to this day they are used in fast modern society as well as in the press. The article also considering this relationship in two factors: the first – a relationship in transmission of information media spaces of Kazakhstan, which is realized through Russia; The second factor is not the full development of the Kazakh language in the media space, which allows free use of Russian language in the media.
