Single questions of realization of the right of the journalist on compensation of moral harm

Abstract

In the present article single questions of realization of the right for compensation of moral harm are considered. Practice on a considered perspective is also widely presented. The points of view of leading scientists and practicians are given in studied area. Certain sociological works are carried out. At the end of the publication the conclusions useful to the theory and practice are given.
