The article is dedicated to the new mass-media study. Blog is represented here as a new type of media, and it is usually defined as a specific type of journalistic work. The author deals with such characteristics of the body of interest as its correlation with the axis of time, the primary importance of emotive characteristics of event, and innovative potential. The author chose A. Wasserman’s blog as an object of investigation. There were some reasons for that choice, but the most important one consists in the blogger’s image because nowadays A. Wasserman is treated as a man of intellect. Such characteristics of the Plain Message column as the use of precedent texts, transformations of positive evaluation into negative one, are represented here as peculiarities of the person-in-language.Downloads
