The Alash publicism: the issue of land and it democratic solutions

Abstract

In this scientific article it is told about a role of Alash journalism at the solution of burning issues in life of the population of that time, namely about ways of including into the agenda the land questions and the proposed suitable democratic solutions of sensitive issues. Furthermore communication and relevance of questions disturbing the Kazakh society hundred years ago and today by the analysis, comparison and comprehensive disclosure is considered.
