Изучение опыта работы высшей школы Казахстана убеждает нас в том, что процесс перестройки высшего образования в соответствии с мировыми приоритетами протекает достаточно медленно. А между тем современный этап развития образования в мире характеризуется повышением интереса к опыту высшего образования в США, интен- сивным использованием его в профессиональной подготовке буду- щих специалистов.
