Psychological individualityin the practical work of a journalist

In the article, the authors analyze the psychological characteristics of the journalist in the practice of work. In this regard, it is noted what qualities are necessary for the choice of the profession of a journalist. The journalist is similar to a psychologist, but the goals and objectives are different.
Journalism is not a scientific discipline, it is a social phenomenon that plays an important role in the life of society, constantly informs about what is happening in the country and the world. Anyone can become a hero of journalistic material. But in order to become a journalist, you need to have not only broad thoughts, good philological knowledge, but also the ability to write and communicate with people. A high level of psychological culture allows a journalist to carry out his activities correctly, not to face obstacles, to exercise his abilities as a journalist with maximum efficiency. The material production of journalistic activity creates an objective content and inner world of creative individuality. It shows that the analysis of psychological qualities is impossible without a preliminary consideration of the peculiarities
of the activities of a journalist. In addition, knowledge of the laws of journalism, the psychological characteristics of a journalist with an interviewer, as well as professional power, awareness, organization, knowledge of the laws of management ‒ ultimately determines the effectiveness and viability of journalistic activity.
The goal of a scientific article is to make sure that the two sciences are closely interrelated with each other using psychology in journalism. To achieve this goal, the authors consider the works of foreign and Russian researchers, are aware of the specifics of psychological individuality in Kazakh journalism. The article analyzes the aspects of various psychological situations encountered in the process of
the journalist’s activities, which are creative. In the theoretical foundations of the psychological service of journalism provides key reviews and specific arguments.
