Abstract

The purpose of the article is to provide the media that is common for the state where they work, as well as for Kazakhstani television, political life, national traditions, economic and social status, independence, the global community and global market relations, advancing achievements, informing the public about government issues and more. The scientific and practical value of the research is a historical phenomenon of eternal change ‒ the opening of historical pages due to the actions of those who make up society. In this study, one page of this story, widely reported in the world media, is the process of advertising and reconstruction. Scientists in this field prove that television takes the leading position in the modern information flow. Regardless of whether it is a journalist or not, in what sphere he works,
the main component of his work is life itself, people and events in society. That is, only journalists report on the situation in the world, even in the world. However, the influence of social entities affecting it has not been studied. In analyzing the topic, along with empirical methods, such as description, control, and comparison, theoretical approaches were founded on the axioms of foreign scientists. The main result of
this article is the synthesis and analysis of ways to change their former worldview through constant media advertising, through the use of modern media. The value of the article is the influence of social changes on the development of Kazakhstani television, and it reflects the achievements of Kazakhstani television in political life, national traditions, economic and social status, independence, the world community and global market relations.
