The role of humanitarian technologies in the development of the ideological basis of the concept of «mangilik el»

Abstract

The article discusses the role of humanitarian technologies in the for- mation of a new Kazakhstani patriotism. In the formation of Kazakhstan as a competitive state, the nation, the country to improve the quality of human capital originates from the activation and mobilization of national intelligence. One of the main components is the formation of national values. The authors explore the integrative role of humanitarian basis in forming of spiritual – moral values of the society in Kazakhstan. It is noted that the development of mechanisms for implementing the communica- tion strategy as part of the state information policy in Kazakhstan is the key to the further modernization of the political and humanitarian communica- tion processes
