The article discusses the basic principles of the development of human technology in media education. n the modern period of development of Kazakhstan one of the national trend is the establishment and functioning of the national media systems. Media education – is one of the ways of development of the national information and education policy, the development of media culture and identity formation of the national media space of Kazakhstan.References
