Problems of National Self-Identifikation in the Press of Kazakhstan (The Soviet Model)
Abstract
Interstate contradictions of the beginning of the XX century led to the world crisis. The public of many countries saw solution of it only by power way. It resulted in World War I in which the Russian Empire took the most active part. The war extremely aggravated internal contradictions of the empire, February revolution of 1917 became result of that.
February and October events of 1917 in Russia, impacted on development of the press of Turkish area, also found reflection on pages of the periodical press. In new historical conditions various editions representing political forces, dealt with search of ways of construction of the national state.
In the press of development of revolutionary events of 1917 against the background of complication of an economic and political situations in Russia all opposition political forces became more active. The radical parties which ideas looked very attractive in the opinion of the people began to gain special popularity. One of such political parties was the Bolshevik party which managed on October, 1917 to capture the government and to start realization of tasks, which were declared in its program documents.
The strategic objectives proclaimed in these documents, were created so that to win round the

people and the national intellectuals of suburbs of the former imperial empire though as history showed,
the Bolshevik used aspiration of the people to independence and national progress in the mercenary
political goals.
