Quality philological education: a new direction to the future

The article considers the problem of the essence and importance of the word syncretism speech and oratory skill, in a word, value questions of the words and speech. The relationship of language and thought, mutual leakage of one of the other were the subject of this article.
In this regard, important issues of modern educational process is not so much a problem of delimitation of the language person as consideration of questions of internal nature of the formation of national consciousness, national picture, the essence of language and cognitive features of person ality in communication. The article indicates that due to the new system, the formation of new basic training and elective courses, which is one of the most important scientific and methodological problems of our day.
