Abstract

After independence in 1991, Kazakhstan has launched a profound change in the political system, in the legislation for protection of rights and freedoms of citizens. Developed, professional and independent me- dia – one of the main features of a democratic state. Therefore, Kazakh- stan’s media market are developing at the request of the time. The article tells about the formation and development stages of Kazakhstan’s media in market conditions.
