New Technological Techniques in Presenting News on Kazakhstan Television

Changes in the global information space have had a significant impact on Kazakhstan's media industry. This has led to a noticeable transformation of the news service while preserving the peculiarities of daily information dissemination.
The purpose of the research work is to identify the changes in the methods of information transmission by modern TV channels, to study the current requirements for the air and sequence of news, and to identify the impact of technological progress on the content and aesthetics of news.
Although the news service on TV channels is a comprehensively studied area, nevertheless, modern processes occurring in it require constant differentiation and actual research concerning the determination of the place of TV news broadcasting in the modern media system by revealing the qualitative features of television information.
The scientific and practical significance lies in the fact that this study allows us to understand the current trends in the development of TV journalism and determines practical recommendations necessary to improve television news activities. In the period of the growing influence of social networks, ways of preserving television's own advantages are considered.
Research methodology - in the course of work on the article, popular domestic TV channels and their products, such as 24kz, Channel 31, KTK, were analyzed, a comparative analysis was carried out on the basis of scientific literature and empirical experience of experts and professionals in the field of journalism. Changes in the aesthetics of news and the evolution of methods of transmitting information to the audience were studied at the practical and theoretical levels.
The conclusions and practical recommendations presented in the article can contribute to the qualitative development of domestic television, showing the ways of professional and technological renewal of TV journalism. In addition, the conclusions drawn allow us to argue that modern TV channels today are valuable precisely because they can successfully compete with other video platforms without losing their professional level since television is primarily a medium for the production of quality products, where technological progress constantly changing trends in TV is able not to level but to increase the value of TV video content.
