Media education and information broadcast convergence technology: experience of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article discusses the role of media in the modern world in terms of the development of convergent technologies and the formation of a national media system. Media education in the modern world is seen as a process of development of the personality with the help and on the material of the mass media (the media) with a view to creating a culture of communication with the media, creativity, communication skills, critical thinking, perception skills, interpretation, analysis and evaluation of media texts, teaching different forms expression using technology. The author notes that the task of formation of innovative media resources management in Kazakhstan.
