On the assessment and review of the manuscript of accepted by editor

Abstract

The author in his article are risen a question on the evaluation and review of the manuscript accepted by editor. It gives a scientific definition of the meaning of the review and assessment of future editions. This article was written for students, graduate students majoring in «Publishing» and for researchers of this branch of science.
