Mediaculture az anew direction of communication system
Abstract
The object of the article is is a global media environment and its impact on society. The role of the media culture in the society is growing unprecedented pace, being a complex means of human exploration of the world in its social, intellectual, moral, artistic, psychological aspects. The article discusses various approaches to the study of media in the context of the new mediareality due processes of the Information society. Analyze media culture, the specificity of its functioning, the factors affecting the formation of the active media environment and modernization of the state government on media policy. Of particular interest is the analysis of the media management as an integrated information and communications management systems, as well as the study of a new integrated humanities – medialogia.
